At GiftPanda, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping and delivery experience across India. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including timelines, conditions, and important scenarios.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Processing Time:
- 🎁 Standard Products: 1–2 business days
- 🖼️ Personalized Products: 2–4 business days (after receiving correct customization details)
- 🎂 Cakes & Combos: Same-day or scheduled processing (selected areas only)
If you order a personalized photo frame on Monday:
Processing: Tuesday–Wednesday
Shipping starts after production is completed
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines depend on product type and location:
- 📦 Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- 🖼️ Personalized Gifts: 5–10 business days
- 🎂 Cakes & Combos: Same-day or scheduled delivery (selected locations)
A gift ordered from Cooch Behar to Mumbai may take 5–7 days.
A personalized gift may take up to 8–10 days due to customization.
Delivery Coverage
- We offer pan-India shipping for non-perishable products
- Cakes and some combos are available only in selected serviceable PIN codes.
You can order a customized mug anywhere in India
But cake delivery may be available only in major cities or selected areas
Cake Delivery Guidelines
- Cakes are delivered via local bakery partners
- Same-day, fixed-time, and midnight delivery may be available in selected areas
- Delivery time slots are approximate, not guaranteed
Important Notes:
- Design and decoration may slightly vary
- Cakes are perishable and handled with care
A cake ordered for 6–8 PM delivery may arrive anytime within that slot depending on traffic and vendor conditions.
Delivery Scheduling
- Customers can select preferred delivery date/time (if available)
- Delivery will be attempted within the selected time slot
If you select:
- 10 AM – 1 PM → delivery will happen within this range, not exact time
Non-Serviceable Areas
- Some locations may not be serviceable due to logistics limitations
- Orders to such areas may be cancelled with full refund
If your PIN code is not covered, the system may:
Block checkout
ORAccept order but later cancel after verification
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable:
- Delivery may be rescheduled.
- Additional charges may apply.
- For cakes and perishable items, no refund may be provided.
If delivery is attempted but no one answers:
Cake may not be re-delivered
Order may be marked as completed
Packaging & Handling
- All items are securely packed
- Personalized items are handled with extra care
Fragile items like photo frames are packed with protective layers to avoid damage.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or local restrictions
- Festival rush / high demand
- Courier or vendor issues
During festivals like Diwali or Valentine’s Day:
- Delivery may take longer than usual
Shipping Partners
- We use trusted courier partners for nationwide delivery
- Local vendors are used for cakes and urgent deliveries
